About Us

We have been in flooring for over 34 years and seen many trends come and go. From traditional Axminster carpet to Wool Berbers and the Pink and Green Nylons. Not to mention Lino and Vinyl to popular Hybrids. We have seen it all. Through this we also changed from a local WA operation with 15 stores to joining a National Group, and now a single operation independent Specialist Flooring business.

Our History

1989

1989 – 2009

In 1989 we commenced as Carpet Hotline, primarily as a shop-at-home service with sampled vans. Not long afterwards, we extended our showroom in Osborne Park and purchased a warehouse in Welshpool to service our growing number of stores, from Port Hedland to Esperance, with 15 locations state wide. We also had a separate business that serviced the commercial sector, such as Builders, Aged Care, Insurance, Real Estate and Government.
2009

2009 – 2023

In 2009 we joined the largest floorcovering group in Australia – Carpet Court. Each of the stores became an individual Carpet Court location. Osborne Park reverted to a Family Owned and Operated business, which continues today. Warehouse operations moved to Osborne Park and the store completely refurbished to become one of the largest Carpet Court locations in Perth.
Present

2023 – Onwards

After 34 years in Osborne Park it was time to relocate to our own premises in Bayswater, We moved on from Carpet Court and direct Retail, and rebranded as “Radius Flooring”. This new location allows us to focus on what we do well. Insurance, Real Estate, Builders, Aged Care and Commercial, with the same dedicated and loyal Team. We now look forward to being able to continue servicing our existing clients, as well as new clients with the same personal attention, experience, expert advice and the most up to date Flooring products and Colours.

We have an established Team of Project Managers and Installers with many years experience that handle all types of flooring requirements, We offer a 24 hour response to your enquiry, a no obligation Quote and Site Inspection, and service the Metro area from Yanchep to Rockingham. We understand the issues with Silica Exposure and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in Flooring and are Holders of a Restricted Asbestos Removal Licence WARA 641. We are also Members of the Australasian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA).
